Easy Herb-Garlic Grilled Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken breasts in the bowl and coat them with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 20 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge).
- Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Serve and Enjoy: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then serve with your favorite sides, like roasted veggies or a fresh salad.
