Easy Herb-Garlic Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken breasts in the bowl and coat them with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 20 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge).
  3. Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Serve and Enjoy: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then serve with your favorite sides, like roasted veggies or a fresh salad.
